Carrot soup

 

 

INGREDIENTS:
a)
1 medium potato cubes
1 lb. cubed carrots
1 medium onion
1 C. freshly chopped ginger
1 C. powdered turmeric
½ c. tablespoon of olive or coconut oil
1 clove of garlic (to taste)
b)
4 cups vegetable broth
c)
dried thyme
1 C. dried rosemary
½ cup of YELLOW B12+D2 Nutritional 
1 C. sea salt (optional)
½ C. pepper (to taste)

PREPARATION:
Heat oil in a pot and add all ingredients from a)
Once the onion translucent. Add b) and simmer until the carrot and potato cubes are cooked. Put everything in a blender. Add c) and serve.Pepper to taste.

COMMENT:
To serve, add vegetable cream, a pinch of YELLOW B12+D2 Nutritional.

 

Seasoning :
Nutritious ingredients for vegetables

 

 

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of YELLOW B12+D2 Nutritional 
1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove of fresh pressed garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/3 cup of smoked paprika
1 teaspon pepper
2 tablespoons dried parsley or fresh parsley
1 pinch of cayenne pepper (to taste)

PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients well and sprinkle on vegetables.

COMMENTS:
Excellent on grilled vegetables. Serve on noodles, rice or homemade fries!
